Geely EX5
The Geely EX5 is a fully electric medium SUV that went on sale in New Zealand in April 2025. Two variants are available, the Complete and Inspire Extended Range, priced from $49,990 to $56,990.
WLTP range is 430 km on the Complete and up to 450 km on the Inspire Extended Range, from batteries of around 62 to 72 kWh.

Geely EX5 Inspire · 2025-2026The upmarket inspire trim has the following extras: 16-speaker 1000w audio system. 13.4" Heads up display. Ventilated seats, massage seats (front), legrest (front passenger seat). Memory driver seat. Ambient lighting, power tailgate, power sunroof, 19" wheels. Larger wheels account for a small reduction in WLTP range (compared to the base trim).
Note that this trim was superceded by a MY26 version with a slightly larger battery (increased range).

Geely EX5 Inspire Extended RangeThe MY26 variant has a larger battery (longer range), but no other changes to powertrain.
The Inspire trim includes several premium features: a 16-speaker, 1,000W audio system; a 13.4” heads-up display; ventilated and massage front seats; a front passenger legrest; memory driver seat; ambient lighting; power tailgate; power sunroof; and 19” alloy wheels.
